All of the information from online sources and conversations will be compiled into a single document that will be analyzed by Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) staff. Staff will search for trends and patterns among the data.
Once analyzed, the comments, ideas and information will be incorporated into a full report that will also evaluate the project's success. There will be a survey conducted at all satellite events, with the KCPT studio audience, people viewing the broadcast at home, and with leaders who watched the broadcast to evaluate their satisfaction with the process.
The report will be presented to local leaders, public officials, agencies and MARC committees. MARC staff will also use the results to inform regional strategic planning efforts that drive how Greater Kansas City approaches its spending.
After April 22, citizens will be invited to take part in several community-level projects that may help advance the sustainability strategies that are prioritized through the Imagine KC process. The Imagine KC team will monitor those projects to determine if Imagine KC has a measurable impact on their volunteer bases.
